Hello, im trying to download the volume footprint chart data for ym! or mym form 2023-2026. i was able to use mymm26 CBOT and then switch it to continous futures chart in the settings and then download till 2023. but there are 2 issues. 1 is that there is missing data . like q2 no 2025 just isnt there. the voluume is 1 x 2 on bid x ask for eg. and 2 is that the price is wrong. for eg. showing that market is trading 37500 when it was actually at 3900 . i used the troubleshooting guide and tried all. ive redownloaded the data etc. didnt change anything. i think im missing some info. not sure what. thanks! |

I did that. nothing changed. q1 and q3 2025 is completely missing. q3 and q4 2024 is also missing. no data at all showing. the data that is showing is a different price, showing market is at 35000 instead of 38000. is there anything else i can try. |
