I bought the CME non professional denali feed roughly a hour ago, and it still says I am on delayed data for MNQ, I have tried all of the listed work arounds but none of them have worked.

The reason for this is that you activated a Non-Professional exchange, but you have not connected your Sierra Chart software to your live, funded, futures trading account recently enough. Refer to the following regarding why you need to do this: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges The reason we know this is the case is that your "Verified Until" date is showing as February 21, 2026. This date must be in the future for you to be able to get the real-time data when you have a non-professional exchange active. When you do make a good connection to your live trading account, then this date shifts to 30 days in the future. This is why you need to make a connection at least once a month. I have connected to my funded futures account with CQG, I just did it again and waited for 10 seconds and switched back and it still says delayed.

Your "Verified Until" date is still showing as February 21, 2026. So it did not update. We do not know why, but one possibility is that you connected to a paper trading account instead of a live account. You need to connect to a live trading account. Please try again.
