Hi, I paid for the data for the depth market but now I don't see it. Why? I just want to work in demo mode to practice.

The exchange that you had active that included the Market Depth data (CME with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts) did not automatically renew on March 1, 2026, due to insufficient funds in your account at that time. The other exchange you had active (Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for Non-Professional Trading Accounts) did renew, which is why you are getting real-time data, but no market depth data. I think there is a problem with the depths because I paid on February 23rd and now they have been deactivated, not even a week has passed

The issue is what we stated in Post #2. The exchanges renew on a calendar month basis and they are not pro-rated. So when you activated the exchange on February 23, 2026, you paid the full amount for the exchange for the remaining time in February. Then, on March 1, 2026, we attempted to renew the exchange for you, but you did not have enough funds in your account, therefore the exchange was deactivated. There are several warnings in our documentation related to how the exchanges renew, along with a warning when you specifically activate an exchange.
