The issue is what we stated in Post #2. The exchanges renew on a calendar month basis and they are not pro-rated. So when you activated the exchange on February 23, 2026, you paid the full amount for the exchange for the remaining time in February. Then, on March 1, 2026, we attempted to renew the exchange for you, but you did not have enough funds in your account, therefore the exchange was deactivated. There are several warnings in our documentation related to how the exchanges renew, along with a warning when you specifically activate an exchange.
