Hi Team, I have recently changed computers and noticed that on my ES charts I can't see the bars print from Sunday evening open until around 5am this morning. This has also impacted the volume profile i have on my trading dom and my market profile. I have attached a screenshot. I went back to my old pc and i have not experienced this issue. Please could i have some help with this?

Check your Session Times and make sure they are set so that you can view those hours. Refer to the following: Chart Session Times If your Session Times include those hours and the data is still not there, then you can try to redownload it by following these instructions: Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Retrying the Download When There is Data in the Chart But, we do want to warn you that you are using Rithmic for your data, and they have a lack of historical data. So if you do use the above instructions, it is possible you will end up with more missing data. Refer to the following: Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Rithmic Support Policy As noted in the above link, the solution to this is to use our Denali Exchange Data Feed for your data. Just keep in mind that in order to get data for the CME Group at the non-professional rates, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account. Refer to the following: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
