Hi! So, I decided to migrate from MotiveWave/Rithmic after 3 years, to Sierra Chart/Denali/Teton. My broker (Stage 5/Dorman) just switched me over.

With that said, how can I confirm that I am running Denali for live data feed? Also, how can I verify my OCOs reside on Teton and not on my computer? I heard they do this no matter what, which is great, but just checking.

We can tell you that everything on your account looks good. You have the "CME Non-Professional Top-of-Book" exchange active, so you should be getting real-time data for products traded on the CME exchange (note that this is the CME Exchange of the CME Group, not the full CME Group). And your "Verified Until" date is showing as "March 27, 2026", so you have connecte to your live account to verify your non-professional standing.

The main thing to check on your system is that the option for "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support For Sierra Chart Data Feeds" is set to "Yes". And look for a symbol of "[M]" (no quotes) next to the symbol in the Chart Header line. Refer to the following:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: Integration with Trading Services

Also, since you are using Teton, if you were having any issue, you would be getting the Delayed Streaming Data rather than the real-time data. The delayed streaming data is delayed by 10 minutes and 10 seconds for the CME Group.

As to OCO and Bracket orders, in general these are either held on the exchange itself, or on our server (depending on the exact order types). The only orders that are not going to do this are the "Market if Touched" and any order that is explicitly stated as being a "Client" order.

Thank you, so it looks like I see both 'Yes' to 'Allow Support For Sierra Chart Data Feeds'... also, I do see the [M] on the chart header. So we are good with this part.

Regarding you stating OCO/Brackets... which orders are on the exchange and which ones are on your servers? Aside from 'Market If Touched' orders, I was under the impression that all orders were on the exchange, but any OCO order linkage would be on Teton servers. Can you please help clarify this? Thank you.

A market if touched order, is not going to be working at the exchange. It would only be standard order types like Market, Limit, Stop and Stop-Limit.
