We can tell you that everything on your account looks good. You have the "CME Non-Professional Top-of-Book" exchange active, so you should be getting real-time data for products traded on the CME exchange (note that this is the CME Exchange of the CME Group, not the full CME Group). And your "Verified Until" date is showing as "March 27, 2026", so you have connecte to your live account to verify your non-professional standing. The main thing to check on your system is that the option for "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support For Sierra Chart Data Feeds" is set to "Yes". And look for a symbol of "[M]" (no quotes) next to the symbol in the Chart Header line. Refer to the following: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Integration with Trading Services Also, since you are using Teton, if you were having any issue, you would be getting the Delayed Streaming Data rather than the real-time data. The delayed streaming data is delayed by 10 minutes and 10 seconds for the CME Group. As to OCO and Bracket orders, in general these are either held on the exchange itself, or on our server (depending on the exact order types). The only orders that are not going to do this are the "Market if Touched" and any order that is explicitly stated as being a "Client" order. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
