Dear Sierra Chart Support Team,

I have connected my data feed through my Interactive Brokers (IBKR) account, and the connection appears to be established correctly. However, Sierra Chart is not loading any market data on the charts.

I am not sure whether the issue could be related to having a demo account connected while my IBKR account is a live account, or if there is a configuration problem on my side.

Could you please advise what might be causing this issue and what solution you recommend?

I would appreciate your guidance to resolve this as soon as possible.

Thank you in advance.

Best regards,
Vicente Cortes

You are not setup to get any data from us. Depending on what your "Current Selected Service" is set to, you could be getting data from the connected service, our delayed streaming data, or no data at all.

We assume you are wanting real-time data for the CME Group, since you mention connecting to a live trading account. To get this data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, follow the instructions at the following link:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges*

You did fill out the agreements for the data previously, but you did not fill them out correctly. In order to be considered a Non-Professional for the CME Group, you need to enter your "Clearing Firm" and "Account Number" for your live, funded, futures trading account. In this case, you would enter "Interactive Brokers" for the "Clearing Firm".
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:

Did you try translating your symbols to the current service?
