Dear Sierra Chart Support Team, I have connected my data feed through my Interactive Brokers (IBKR) account, and the connection appears to be established correctly. However, Sierra Chart is not loading any market data on the charts. I am not sure whether the issue could be related to having a demo account connected while my IBKR account is a live account, or if there is a configuration problem on my side. Could you please advise what might be causing this issue and what solution you recommend? I would appreciate your guidance to resolve this as soon as possible. Thank you in advance.
