Sierra Chart Rithmic ONE MIN behind!

Hi, This is a bizarre issue the chart is ONE/two MIN behind as you can see in pic its 9:39. I have Jigsaw and when I load it with same data its showing same prices my Bookmap is with their data, totally different data feed. I think I had this issue yesterday as I put a limit way outside of where price was showing and immediately filled and had stop hit and I was like WTF didn't notice the time then but today nothing lines up with other data feeds and trading platforms. I've NEVER seen this before usually other platforms have the issues. |

Another pic 1m off+ off notice price in Bookmap 24905 and Sierra shows 24858. I don't know which version to roll back to. |

same here on Es/MES. Was also the case yesterday. Reminds me of my dark days with NinjaTrader !

Yeah Ben luckily I had Jigsaw up and took trade on it and Bookmap's view of what is happening and luckily made money yesterday lost when I believe same thing happened order places and $150+ loss INSTANT. I see new versions every day. I have 2877 now.

Glad I'm not the only one! It's not the data feed as Jigsaw and same Rithmic is tick for tick with Bookmap and THEIR data feed. Definitely Sierra in this case.

SO WEIRD NOW without restarting or updating to older version its working! WTH need to look at bar time and clock time every time to make sure its real what I'm watching!

Yeah I think we need an explanation of HOW this could happen and what they did to make it never happen again. I ended up trading with Jigsaw all day.

John I appreciate you guys dropping everything to FIX this and stuff happens way to figure it out and get a fix. I do agree the markets are INSANE on the open I use Bookmap too for the iceberg/heatmap mostly off to side with audio alerts but it CONSTANTLY had popups that its behind and remove indicators etc the damn thing is in Java so BAD and takes up 30-40% of the CPU for just 1 nasdaq chart. I wouldn't doubt they have this issue all the time and can't do anything about it due to Java. I suspect I have had this issue before had trades that were filled and stopped instantly before maybe seconds off but never min+ like this. So happy to be able to trust Sierra again I prefer executing orders with your platform. Jigsaw makes me both overtrade and trade bigger size have blown many prop accounts due to too much leverage the momentum tails make me THINK I can time market and often do can make $3k in a few mins or blow up 3 prop accounts that took two weeks to earn. It gets behind at times too and their coders take months to fix anything not a day like you guys. I really love and appreciate your commitment to your customers there's no better service anywhere! |

Hi, In reading your responses to the data issues it appears to have been mostly with YOUR data. I use your data to get stats but trade with Rithmic it is THEIR data I'm having the problems with but ONLY with Sierra Chart. Jigsaw matched another data feed perfectly but Sierra with same Rithmic data was 1-2 mins behind in updating in Sierra's charts. Has this been fixed or do you believe it has? I was relieved as I thought it was likely fixed but most of what I read this morning give me the impression most of the time is working on your backend data. I guess I'll find out today in an hour. |

TopGunTrader, are you experiencing delay this morning? everything looks normal at my side, I set "High Compression" for Real-Time Data in Sierra Chart Server Settings. not sure if it matters. |

Everything is normal for me. Using a 30ms update interval DOM on MNQ.

I use your data to get stats but trade with Rithmic it is THEIR data I'm having the problems with but ONLY with Sierra Chart. Based on what we see, the data feed for CME data is coming from Sierra Chart, not from Rithmic in your case. Let us know if you see any issue currently.
