John I appreciate you guys dropping everything to FIX this and stuff happens way to figure it out and get a fix. I do agree the markets are INSANE on the open I use Bookmap too for the iceberg/heatmap mostly off to side with audio alerts but it CONSTANTLY had popups that its behind and remove indicators etc the damn thing is in Java so BAD and takes up 30-40% of the CPU for just 1 nasdaq chart. I wouldn't doubt they have this issue all the time and can't do anything about it due to Java. I suspect I have had this issue before had trades that were filled and stopped instantly before maybe seconds off but never min+ like this. So happy to be able to trust Sierra again I prefer executing orders with your platform. Jigsaw makes me both overtrade and trade bigger size have blown many prop accounts due to too much leverage the momentum tails make me THINK I can time market and often do can make $3k in a few mins or blow up 3 prop accounts that took two weeks to earn. It gets behind at times too and their coders take months to fix anything not a day like you guys. I really love and appreciate your commitment to your customers there's no better service anywhere! |
