What is "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Current Selected Service" set to? Also, what is one symbol for which you are having a problem? We need the symbol as it is entered in "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol". For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Hi John,' Hope all is well. I actually think it is because I am not subscribed to the exchange? |

That is why we need to know the information we asked for previously. Depending on what your "Current Selected Service" is set to, you would either get no data, or at least get the Delayed Streaming data. From what we see, you should be getting the Delayed Streaming data, but you state you are not getting anything, which is confusing. Please let us know what these are set to: - Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Current Selected Service - Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing Date Time Of Last Edit: 2026-02-06 20:52:45

Yeah, it has been awhile. I thought i was getting no data but it was delayed. I then pinned it to no being subscribed to the exchange. That is likely the cause? I am fine with using delayed data for a bit until I get figure dout. Once I subscribe to the exchange I will get live data? TIA |

I have renewed my Denali last night. I was confused because it connected but I had no live data (when I posted) Then I realized it was delayed data. So I assume I am getting delayed data until I subscribe to the exchange? TIA |

You do not have any exchanges active with our Denali Exchange Data Feed. What are the exchanges for which you are wanting real-time data? For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Hi John, Yes, I realized that i was not subscribed. I may run delayed for a few weeks while I get my sea legs back. Once I subscribe though, it automatically goes to real time? I will need Nasdaq and NYSE just level 1. That is just the non-pro consolidated tape correct? TIA |

For Equities traded on the NASDAQ and NYSE, you would want the "U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape" exchange. And you would do the Non-Professional option, unless you are a professional - and if you are, then you know you are. You will get the real-time data as soon as you activate the exchange. Since you have already completed the agreements for this exchange, you would just need to activate the exchange at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeedSTOCKS#Exchanges We just want to make sure you are not saying you want CME Group futures for NASDAQ and others. The CME Group requires that you have a live, funded, futures trading account to qualify for the Non-Professional exchange rates. So you need to activate the exchange and make sure that you have connected to your live account before you can get the real-time data. Refer to the following regarding this: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
