hi support, hope this finds you well i have data missing between jun 2023 and yesterday i tried to multiple methods including "delete all data and download" and i keep on getting "download failed" i uploaded the image because i wanted to show both the chart and the settings (instead of this: Support Board Posting Information: Attaching or Posting a Screenshot/Image (Optional) ) can anyone please help! thanks!! |
