We see the system is requesting, and getting, the data when you ask it to redownload. But there are a few symbols that had issues, so you get the following in the log: HD Request # 331 | Error downloading historical Daily data for ESZ23-CME. Historical data file not available for symbol. | 2026-02-04 11:03:12.431
Since this is a Sub-Instance, you need to ensure that the main instance has this data. If the data is missing in the main instance, then the sub-instance will not be able to get it. Please check that main instance, and if data is missing there, then do the "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download" in that main instance to redownload everything. If all the data is there after the download, then do this same thing in the sub-instance to get the data updated in it.
