In order to get the real-time data for EUREX, the first thing you need to do is to change to one of the "Integrated" packages. Right now, you are on the "Base Advanced" package, which does not allow you to get real-time data and does not allow you to connect to trading services. Thank you for the replay. Is it possible for you to check if I have made changes the correct way? - one of the info I received was: The 'EUREX EOBI' exchange has been internally activated. In the future I need to pay $36 for SC Integrated Standard, and $25 for Denali Exchange Feet? Do I need to change chart symbols for DAX? At the moment I have FDAXH26-EUREX. Please advice. |

The $25 you are referring to is the monthly exchange fee for EUREX. And you are also running an older version of Sierra Chart. You need to update. This is important. I uploaded the new version but still do not have data Level II. My set up is: Data/Trade Service Settings - SC data. Maybe I can ask for a remote control on my PC, so you can take a look? |

You have the correct symbol, and the Market Depth data is included with the exchange that you have active, so you should be getting the Level 2 Market Depth data. I do not have footprint chart, market profile chart and on Number Bars Calculated Values have zeros only. Please see attachment.

The reason you do not have the "Numbers Bars" (footprints), "Market Profile", and "Numbers Bars Calculated Values" is that you are on Package 10 (Integrated Standard). That package does not support these items - you need to be on Package 11 (Integrated Advanced) package in order to be able to use those studies. Refer to the following for how to change your package: Sierra Chart Purchase and License Information: Changing Package Also, the data that makes up the above listed studies is not the Level 2 data. The Level 2 data is the Market Depth data beyond the Best Bid and Best Ask (more than 1 level). The Market Depth is the limit orders at each price level waiting for the market to move to that level to fill an order. The above studies use the actual trades.
