The reason you do not have the "Numbers Bars" (footprints), "Market Profile", and "Numbers Bars Calculated Values" is that you are on Package 10 (Integrated Standard). That package does not support these items - you need to be on Package 11 (Integrated Advanced) package in order to be able to use those studies. The Level 2 data is the Market Depth data beyond the Best Bid and Best Ask (more than 1 level). The Market Depth is the limit orders at each price level waiting for the market to move to that level to fill an order. The above studies use the actual trades.
