Please Please help me I have 2 Problems

1 In my chart book my charts are frozen randomly they just freeze I've tried delete and download data adjust data recalculate all the data like I'm trying everything the price is moving I can see the price moving on the side of the price ladder It's not a data connection issue the chart itself the bars are not loading I've exited out like I'm trying everything and this is really messing me up I need this fixed please help me please and thank you.


2 When I export my data from activity log it's always messed up when I export it into a trade journal the data is just corrupted it the numbers are off everything's off and I've gone with three different Trade journaling platforms I really really need help on these problems please and thank you It's driving me crazy thank you so much please get back to me as soon as you possibly can thank you.

1. Please get us an image of your chart by following these instructions:
Support Board Posting Information: Attaching or Posting a Screenshot/Image (Optional)

Please follow the instructions exactly. We need to be able to see the entire chart, including the time scale at the bottom and the price scale on the right and the data line at the top.

2. Our export is straightforward. There are two options, an Export and a Save. They output slightly different information and in slightly different formats (particularly for dates), but overall they are the same and the data is saved in a Tab-delimited format.

Refer to the following for each of these options:

Trade Activity Log: Importing and Exporting Data

We can not help with the journaling software. They should be able to figure out how to import the data.

ok Thank you The main issue is my chart will freeze and the price continues to move even when I'm connected to the data service I've recalculated reloaded deleted all the data and reloaded it like I'm trying all the troubleshooting and the chart sometimes just will not update like when it freezes it freezes until it wants to unfreeze and that's very like dangerous because if I'm risking money and the chart freezes I can't see what's going on hopefully there's a way to fix this Please and thank you

In the the screenshot you can see that the is not matched up with the chart and when this happens like the actual chart the candle sticks or the line freezes but the price continues to update 'cause I am connected to the data feed

Please get us another image of the chart, as we need to be able to see the entire chart. As we specified previously, we need to see both the price and time scales and any information at the top of the chart. Follow these instructions *exactly* to get us an image:

SEE its happening again I'm paying for the system but it keeps on glitching out I really need some help and if we have to escalate it escalate it but I need this to be kind of fixed immediately i'm losing money I lost money today because of this very single problem

Then when it finally decides to up It completely erases all of the data that it was frozen for This is a really huge problem Please help me

We can not help any further until we see your Message Log to see if there is anything specific showing in the log. Please follow the instructions given above exactly. Do not give us an image of the log, we need to see the entire thing as text per the instructions.

There is nothing in the log that shows any issues.
