The error you are getting - Error 32 means that the file is in use. You need to ensure that Sierra Chart is not running when you perform the update. How are you starting the update? Are you selecting "Help >> Download Current Version"? Starting the update from within the software helps ensure that the software is not running when you do the update, as it will close the software and start the update.
