Good morning,

My data is different with SC vs my other platforms.

Is there anything I need to do affecting the live data please?

Also, you should be aware that you do not have any exchanges active with our Denali Exchange Data Feed. You previously had a CME Group exchange active in November 2025. Therefore you would be getting delayed streaming data for any exchanges that are part of our Denali Exchange Data Feed.

If you want real-time data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed for the CME Group, then activate the exchange(s) you want at the following link:

Keep in mind that exchanges renew on a calendar month basis and they are not pro-rated. So if you activate an exchange today (January 26, 2026), then you will pay the full amount for the exchange for the data for the remaining time in Janaury. You will then pay again on February 1, 2026, to get the data for February.

Thank you John. I finally got round to re-activate the exchange but I still do not see the same price as I do on my other platform where data feed is Rithmic, not sure why..?

Although you have activated the "CME with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts", you have not yet connected to your live, funded, futures trading account to verify your non-professional status for the CME Group. So you are still not getting any real-time data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed.

Refer to the following for why you need to connect to a live, funded, futures trading account:

And refer to the following for instructions to connect once a month:

You can view your "Verified Until" date at the following link. This date must be in the future in order to receive the real-time data for the CME Group. When you make a connection to your live, funded, futures trading account, this date updates to 30 days in the future.
