Although you have activated the "CME with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts", you have not yet connected to your live, funded, futures trading account to verify your non-professional status for the CME Group. So you are still not getting any real-time data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed.

You can view your "Verified Until" date at the following link. This date must be in the future in order to receive the real-time data for the CME Group. When you make a connection to your live, funded, futures trading account, this date updates to 30 days in the future.
