Hi, completely new to sierra!

I have the 11 - Integrated Advanced plan currently. I recently read in a thread to receive live data, after paying for the plan, you also need to purchase live data & connect it to a live trading account you own. Wondering if I need to downgrade my plan because the only thing I need is the numbers bars (foot print chart) & DOM or is that only available on the 11 plan? Just trying to save money & figure everything out since its REALLY confusing even after reading for hours, thanks!

What markets do you need *real-time data* for or want to trade? For example, what particular futures, Forex or stock symbols. You can also give us the exchanges that the particular symbol or symbols trade on.

If you require real-time futures data, then refer to:
Is Historical and Real-time Data Included?

Be sure to read the page linked above completely before making a further inquiry regarding real-time *futures* data.

You may only need Service Package 5 if you do not need real-time data for futures. Or if delayed data will be fine.

Apologies. Just E-mini & micro S&P 500 futures on CME or any other exchanges that have access to it that sierra provides. Both live data for the known symbols ES & MES with foot print charts & DOM. I thought the same thing but not sure. Just downgrade to 5 & pay for live data or am I getting that wrong?
