In order to be able to connect to data and trading services (external services) along with our own Denali Exchange Data Feed, you do need to be on one of the "Integrated Packages". This is the difference between Package 5 and Package 11 - otherwise they offer the same charting capabilities. So you do need to be on Package 11.
