Hello, I upgraded to package 12 and have followed all the instructions from the link below but it's still not showing the order book on the DOM. Made sure I've activated everything and restarted couple of times as well. Please advise. See attached. Market By Order Data |

You do not have an exchange active that includes Market Depth data. Therefore, you are not receiving any Market by Order data either.
