All of the sudden, I am not able to send orders. I am seeing the following error. I have traded BZ, CL/MCL and NG/MNG in the past with no issues. 2026-01-22 08:34:47.902 | Teton CME Routing (Order reject). Info: Trade Order Error - Symbol not allowed by master firm account for trading. Internal Order ID: 22. Service Order ID: 5513262. Symbol: BZK26_FUT_CME 2026-01-22 09:17:03.695 | Teton CME Routing (Order reject). Info: Trade Order Error - Symbol not allowed for trading for account. Internal Order ID: 33. Service Order ID: 5513316. Symbol: MNGJ26_FUT_CME I am attempting to place the trade on the DOM. I have contacted my broker as suggested here: Problem trading RTY I am posting my issue here, based on the this support request: Rolled Over Contract - Order Rejected Today?...was fine yesterday I'm lost at this point. |

just 1 example, the current front-month for NG is the Feb contract (NGG26) and will roll soon to the March (NGH26) contract, you try to trade the April contract, perhaps your broker doesn't allow this?

In these cases you do need to contact the broker and see why you are not allowed to trade those symbols.
