Hello Sierra Chart Support, I would like to request an optional chart zoom feature. Requested behavior: Ctrl + Mouse Wheel zooms the Time Scale (X) centered on the bar under the mouse cursor, working the same way as in TradingView (zoom to cursor, not to chart center). Ideally, this should be configurable in Global Settings so users can choose whether Ctrl + Mouse Wheel affects the Time Scale or the Price Scale. This would greatly improve precision and usability during active trading. Best regards Piotr |

There is an option for "Global Settings >> General SEttings >> GUI >> Scroll Wheel" of "Scroll Wheel Changes Spacing Normal. With 'Shift' Changes Spacing at Bar". Refer to the following regarding this: General Settings Window: Scroll Wheel Setting (Global Settings >> General Settings >> GUI >> Scroll) It sounds like this is what you are asking for. Although, in testing this to ensure it matches, we do see that it is not working in the current release. We will have to look into this. If that is not what you are wanting, then let us know what you are looking for, as we are not fully understanding then. I think adding this option would do the trick. Scroll Wheel Changes Spacing. With 'Shift' Scrolls Chart. With 'Ctrl' Changes Spacing at Bar. |
