There is an option for "Global Settings >> General SEttings >> GUI >> Scroll Wheel" of "Scroll Wheel Changes Spacing Normal. With 'Shift' Changes Spacing at Bar". Refer to the following regarding this: General Settings Window: Scroll Wheel Setting (Global Settings >> General Settings >> GUI >> Scroll) It sounds like this is what you are asking for. Although, in testing this to ensure it matches, we do see that it is not working in the current release. We will have to look into this. If that is not what you are wanting, then let us know what you are looking for, as we are not fully understanding then.
