When I have an issue, I try to search the help docs and sipport forum for relevant info before making a new post. However, I thought I'd been noticing times where I searched and couldnt find a support post related to my problem but I later stumble across a post that should have been surfaced by my search. Here's an example. I searched for the word "pizza" in the forum search box. It surfaced these three results. Off-Topic (Unrelated to Sierra Chart): Information Regarding a Worldwide Hoax (Covid 19) Spreadsheet help to send order OT: Custom Stock Index Creator and the Coronavirus However, I happen to know the word "pizza" also exists in this thread where I lost my temper a bit about some bugs in a recent release (By the way, apologies for that rant). 2852 - Behaviour changes re Keyboard Shortucts and Windows Sounds That result does not show up. I'm not sure if that's a problem that can originate fomr my end or whether it's an issue on the site itself. |

We will let our website guy know about this. For what it is worth, when I need to do a search through our website, I use Google and use the following after the search term: +site:www.sierrachart.com This forces Google to only search the Sierra Chart website. And if you want to search the website but not the Support Board, then the following is what I use: +site:www.sierrachart.com -site:www.sierrachart.com/SupportBoard.php So, for your example, you would enter the following to search only the Support Board: pizza +site:www.sierrachart.com/SupportBoard.php For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
