import and install a chatbook

Hello, I have Sierra version 2807 64-bit. Every time I try to import and install a chatbook.cht file, I run into problems. I purchased the NQ chart book PriceActionVolumeTrader_FootprintTickVolHighlightsNQ+Dark.cht from you to try it out. I copied PriceActionVolumeTrader_FootprintTickVolHighlightsNQ+Dark.cht to C:\sierra\data. I launched Sierra, opened the chart book, and then clicked "PriceActionVolumeTrader_FootprintTickVolHighlightsNQ+Dark.cht". A window labeled "Tick foot print NQH26-CME" appeared, completely black. I have the same problem with other chart books. I've already tried footprints that a trainer sold me. The footprints work on his system, but not on mine. He has the same version of Sierra with the Denali Data Feed. My feed subscription is up to date. Thank you in advance for your help. |

We do not sell chartbooks. Anything we have with regards to chartbooks are free. You would find these here: Additional Files (Study Collections, Spreadsheets, Chartbooks) There is a company using a website of "www.sierachart.com", note the single "r" in the name. This is not us. We have asked them to use a different name, but they have not done so. With regards to the chartbooks, the most likely issue is that the chartbook was saved with the symbols set for a particular service that is different from the service you are connected to. Each service uses a different symbology, so you need to update the chartbook to use the correct symbols for your service. To do this, open the chartbook, then select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service". If you continue to have issues after you do the above, then you will need to contact the developer of that chartbook for help with their chartbook. @User688133: John's solution should work. I had the same problem with a chartbook I've bought from Smashelito. After changing the ES symbol to Denali nomenclature the chartbook worked fine
