First, this statement can not be true:
I purchased the NQ chart book PriceActionVolumeTrader_FootprintTickVolHighlightsNQ+Dark.cht from you to try it out.

We do not sell chartbooks. Anything we have with regards to chartbooks are free. You would find these here:

There is a company using a website of "www.sierachart.com", note the single "r" in the name. This is not us. We have asked them to use a different name, but they have not done so.


With regards to the chartbooks, the most likely issue is that the chartbook was saved with the symbols set for a particular service that is different from the service you are connected to. Each service uses a different symbology, so you need to update the chartbook to use the correct symbols for your service. To do this, open the chartbook, then select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service".

If you continue to have issues after you do the above, then you will need to contact the developer of that chartbook for help with their chartbook.
