Hello, I have Sierra version 2807 64-bit. Every time I try to import and install a chatbook.cht file, I run into problems. I purchased the NQ chart book PriceActionVolumeTrader_FootprintTickVolHighlightsNQ+Dark.cht from you to try it out. I copied PriceActionVolumeTrader_FootprintTickVolHighlightsNQ+Dark.cht to C:\sierra\data. I launched Sierra, opened the chart book, and then clicked "PriceActionVolumeTrader_FootprintTickVolHighlightsNQ+Dark.cht". A window labeled "Tick foot print NQH26-CME" appeared, completely black. I have the same problem with other chart books. I've already tried footprints that a trainer sold me. The footprints work on his system, but not on mine. He has the same version of Sierra with the Denali Data Feed. My feed subscription is up to date. Thank you in advance for your help.
