Hello Sierra Chart Support, I am requesting assistance reviewing a trade execution issue. For clarity, this trade was placed on a live proprietary trading account (Apex Trader Funding, 50k PA). Account name: PA-APEX-178942-09. This information is required for review by the prop firm. On NASDAQ at 15:38 GMT, while trading live through Rithmic, my protective stop loss did not fill, and the Flatten / Market Exit command did not work despite repeated attempts for over 60 seconds. The position remained open uncontrollably during this time. Could you please review the attached Trade Activity Log and Order Log to confirm: Whether exit orders were sent successfully If any orders were rejected If there was a connection or routing issue with Rithmic at that time I have attached the relevant logs and screenshots for reference. There is nothing attached. But this kind of analysis is not something we do. You need to look at the logs and see what occurred based on what is in them. In particular, you need to look at the Trade Activity Log and make sure the Stop you entered is there and was accepted by Rithmic. If it was, then this should be held by Rithmic (at least, this is what we think they do) and should have worked as you expected at that time. You would need to talk to APEX/Rithmic about why this did not occur. If Rithmic does not hold these orders, then if there was a connetivity issue with Sierra Chart at that time, then this would be why your Stop did not occur when you expected it to. If the Stop was not accepted for some reason, then you need to look at what the Trade Activity Log states as to why. Again, this would be a question for APEX/Rithmic.
