Hello Sierra Chart Support, I am requesting assistance reviewing a trade execution issue. For clarity, this trade was placed on a live proprietary trading account (Apex Trader Funding, 50k PA). Account name: PA-APEX-178942-09. This information is required for review by the prop firm. On NASDAQ at 15:38 GMT, while trading live through Rithmic, my protective stop loss did not fill, and the Flatten / Market Exit command did not work despite repeated attempts for over 60 seconds. The position remained open uncontrollably during this time. Could you please review the attached Trade Activity Log and Order Log to confirm: Whether exit orders were sent successfully If any orders were rejected If there was a connection or routing issue with Rithmic at that time I have attached the relevant logs and screenshots for reference.
