There is nothing attached. But this kind of analysis is not something we do. You need to look at the logs and see what occurred based on what is in them. In particular, you need to look at the Trade Activity Log and make sure the Stop you entered is there and was accepted by Rithmic. If it was, then this should be held by Rithmic (at least, this is what we think they do) and should have worked as you expected at that time. You would need to talk to APEX/Rithmic about why this did not occur. If Rithmic does not hold these orders, then if there was a connetivity issue with Sierra Chart at that time, then this would be why your Stop did not occur when you expected it to. If the Stop was not accepted for some reason, then you need to look at what the Trade Activity Log states as to why. Again, this would be a question for APEX/Rithmic.
