Hi,

I have difficulty logging in to my Sierra Chart. I only can login after a few tries. I have attached a screenshot of the error message. May I know is the issue here? Thanks.

We are not having a general issue with connections, so we do not know specifically why you would be having this issue.

Most likely you are having poor Internet connectivity from your location to our servers. We would recommend trying a different Internet connection and see if you continue to have the same problem.

We also see that you are in Singapore, so it's also possible that there is a general Internet issue, but we have not checked on this ourselves.

I am not using Proxy. Under the Proxy settings, the Proxy Type is Do Not Use Proxy.

Are you still having an issue? Have you tried a different Internet connection (such as through your phone)?

Yes after using the connection through my phone, the connectivity issue is resolved. So it is my wifi issue, but my wifi is very fast, 800 Mbps download, 600Mbps upload.

Keep in mind that the issue could be anywhere on the Internet. So it could be an issue with your Internet provider having an issue somewhere that causes the problem between your home computer and our servers.
