We are not having a general issue with connections, so we do not know specifically why you would be having this issue. Most likely you are having poor Internet connectivity from your location to our servers. We would recommend trying a different Internet connection and see if you continue to have the same problem. We also see that you are in Singapore, so it's also possible that there is a general Internet issue, but we have not checked on this ourselves.
