Hi there, hope you’re well. I just want to check if I’m understanding this correctly. I noticed that when I pay for Subscription Package 11 near the end or middle of a month, it expires at the end of that same month instead of running a full 30 days. For example, my recent subscription started on 6 December 2025 but expired on 1 January 2026, rather than 6 January 2026. This suggests the subscription is billed by calendar month rather than a full 30-day period. Could you please confirm if this is correct? Thanks in advance |

No this is not the case, but we see what the problem is in your case: I noticed that when I pay for Subscription Package 11 near the end or middle of a month, it expires at the end of that same month instead of running a full 30 days.

oh wow appreciate you, so technically what i should do is not use the emergency usages as it will still get deducted when i pay for the full month, thanks got it hope these 7 days wont be deducted from the new sub i will take on the 15th Date Time Of Last Edit: 2026-01-04 15:53:57
