Hi there, hope you’re well. I just want to check if I’m understanding this correctly. I noticed that when I pay for Subscription Package 11 near the end or middle of a month, it expires at the end of that same month instead of running a full 30 days. For example, my recent subscription started on 6 December 2025 but expired on 1 January 2026, rather than 6 January 2026. This suggests the subscription is billed by calendar month rather than a full 30-day period. Could you please confirm if this is correct? Thanks in advance |
