Hello,
I have an active paid Sierra Chart Service Package and a Topstep account using Rithmic.
Please enable Rithmic Trading Service on my Sierra Chart account so I can connect to Rithmic.
Thank you.

Your Sierra Chart service package does include support for Rithmic.

Hello,
I have a subscription at Denali level 12 with SierraChart until 2027 for trading the NASDAQ.
I logged into my account on Rithmic Trader Pro and on Sierra Chart. I signed both agreements (Non-Professional) and connected to Rithmic with Apex, not to "Rithmic Paper Trading."
In Sierra Chart, it indicates that trades are being taken because they are displayed in my metrics table within the software. However, nothing shows up in Rithmic Trader Pro. I'm wondering if I need to uncheck "Trade Simulation Mode On" for SierraChart to communicate with Rithmic? If I disable this option, it says: "Do you want to disable Sierra Chart Trade Simulation Mode? All orders will be sent to the connected Trading service. Existing simulated orders will no longer be processed or filled." I no longer know where to find my answer. Could you tell me why?
Thank you for your support.

of course you've to uncheck "trade simulation mode on"

and if you're using Rithmic-data, you have to close R-Trader Pro, because you just can connect 1 platform and Sierra-Chart doesn't support "plug-in mode", so the better solution would always be using Denali-data and use the Rithmic-connection just for order-routing

As User135243 notes, you do need to turn off "Trade Simulation Mode" in order to be able to send orders to the connected trading service. Refer to the following:
Overview of Trading: Difference between Simulated and Non-Simulated Trading Modes

--

We see that you have activated several exchanges on our Denali Exchange Data Feed, and you have multiple options selected that you do not need.

To start with, you have both the "Professional" and the "Non-Professional" exchanges active for the "NASDAQ TotalView" exchange. From what we see, you do not need the "Professional" option, so we have deactivated this option for you.

Next, you have the following three exchanges active for the CME Group:
- Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts
- Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for Non-Professional Trading Accounts
- CME with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts

You do not need all three of these. The "Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts" covers all the data, so you would not need the other two.

But, if you only need Market Depth data for the CME exchange, then you can keep the lower two and deactivate the first.

We do need to point out that you are still not able to get real-time data for the CME Group, as you have not properly filled out the agreements, nor have you connected to a live, funded, futures trading account in order to verify your non-professional status. Refer to the following:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges

You need to redo the agreements at the following link. And you need to enter the "Clearing Firm" and "Account Number" for your live, funded, futures trading account.
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeAgreements_CME

And you need to connect your Sierra Chart software to your live, funded, futures trading account. When you do, your "Verified Until" date will change to 30 days in the future. It always needs to be in the future in order to get the data at the non-professional rates. You can view this date at the following link:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges

Exchange fees are not refundable, as these fees go to the exchanges themselves, and they do not give refunds. Therefore, we are unable to refund any exchanges that were accidentally activated.
