MGC is traded on the COMEX exchange of the CME Group. At this time, you have the "CME Non-Professional Top-of-Book" exchange active, which is just for the CME Exchange of the CME Group. If you want real-time data for COMEX from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, then you will need to activate an exchange option for (or includes) COMEX. Refer to the following regarding adding/changing exchange options: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Changing Denali Exchange Data Feed Exchange Selections For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

The last time you had an exchange option active that included COMEX was in August of 2025. At this time, you only have the following exchange active: - CME Non-Professional Top-of-Book Therefore, you are not setup to get any data for COMEX. You need to select the link for "Activate / Deactivate Denali Exchange Data Feed Exchanges [CME/CBOT/COMEX/NYMEX Exchange]" in the image you provided to see the individual exchanges you have active. The checkmarks just mean that you have at least one exchange active.
