The last time you had an exchange option active that included COMEX was in August of 2025. At this time, you only have the following exchange active: - CME Non-Professional Top-of-Book Therefore, you are not setup to get any data for COMEX. You need to select the link for "Activate / Deactivate Denali Exchange Data Feed Exchanges [CME/CBOT/COMEX/NYMEX Exchange]" in the image you provided to see the individual exchanges you have active. The checkmarks just mean that you have at least one exchange active.
