I have been running into this error message in my log, and after this message occurs I can no longer use my scroll wheel in the charts. The scroll wheel works fine in the chart settings windows etc, but not charts. Nor am I able to click drag on the time scale on any of my charts. The Value scale works fine however. We would have to determine why you are getting that exception. What version of software are you running? You can find this by selecting "Help >> About" and give us the value for the "Version" item in that window. Are you able to pinpoint any specific actions that you are taking that are causing this to occur? We would also like for you to try using the system for some time (long enough that you feel like you should have had this issue arise) in "Safe Mode" and see if you continue to have the same issue.
