We would have to determine why you are getting that exception. What version of software are you running? You can find this by selecting "Help >> About" and give us the value for the "Version" item in that window. Are you able to pinpoint any specific actions that you are taking that are causing this to occur? We would also like for you to try using the system for some time (long enough that you feel like you should have had this issue arise) in "Safe Mode" and see if you continue to have the same issue.
