SPX_CGI Data Delay Issue – please help

Hi SC support, I’ve noticed that the SPX_CGI data in Sierra Chart is delayed. To verify, I placed the following chart side by side: Sierra Chart SPX (SPX_CGI) Sierra Chart ES TradingView ES futures Both Sierra Chart ES and TradingView ES futures produce candles first, while the Sierra Chart SPX candle appears shortly after, which means SPX data is delayed. I’m using the SPX_CGI symbol. This issue seems similar to what User808796 reported previously: "I am trying to get realtime SPX data, but my charts show as delayed. I am using the Denali data feed, and the CBOE Global Indexes are active and paid current. Any idea what is going wrong?" Hey, Are you on Sim or Trading Evaluator? If yes, you need to have a live brokerage account that needs to be connected to once a month.

The SPX_CGI data only updates every 1 second. We do not think you are seeing a delay in the data itself. You do not need a brokerage account for the CBOE Global Indices, that is only for the CME Group data.
