Cannot Get Realtime Data for SPX

I am trying to get realtime SPX data, but my charts show as delayed. I am using the Denali data feed, and the CBOE Global Indexes are active and paid current. Any idea what is going wrong?

Thanks. That is the symbol I had been using (it displays as SPX_CGI[M]). It was still showing an odd data delay--until this morning. The data delay seems to have disappeared now. I'll monitor when the market reopens on Monday and follow up if the issue is not resolved.
