Continuous contracts not being displayed/downloaded

Hi there,

Earlier today I activated the Denali data feed and my service package. I have set my charts to be continuous contract - volume based rollover. The charts load and I am able to see the data, but they are not being merged with the prior contracts. So for example, on ESH26 I am only able to see data up until 12/14/2025. When looking at my data folder, I can see that there is an ESZ25-CME.scid file (previous contract) but it is only 1KB in size, vs the 200,791KB of my ESH26-CME.scid file. Therefore, it appears to me that the continuous data is not being downloaded, despite saying that it is downloading continuous contract data when I load my charts. It is worth noting as well that this data is in showing in real time, there is no 15 minute delay, so I am sure that I am no longer on the trial package and it is the Denali data feed that is being used. Any help here would be appreciated.

Thank you.

Thank you for the quick response. I have followed those instructions and can see that the ESZ25-CME.scid file now has a significant amount of data in it, however this is not reflected on the charts. The data on the charts is still only loading until 12/14/2025. I can confirm that the data limiting "days to load" is set to 15 days, so I should be seeing more than this.

If I increase the days to load to 50 and then redownload the data then more data does show on the chart, however, all of the data between 11/11/25 and 12/14/25 is still missing. Hopefully this information will help with understanding what the cause of the issue is.
