Service code: cme Where there is a jump from 09:57:26.603 to 10:18:40.584. Was your computer in a Sleep or Hibernate mode at that time? After 10:18:40.584, everything in the log looks normal, but the system is downloading missing data. Note this line: 2025-12-18 10:18:47.439 \| HD Request # 3 \| Received 1449 Intraday data records from 2025-12-18 09:54:02.014000 to 2025-12-18 10:18:45.011000 (24.7 minutes. Delay: 2.4 seconds) and wrote 1449 records for ESH6.CME Which means that there was some kind of connection issue from 09:54:02 until it reconnected at 10:18:47.439. Hi John, I just noticed another error message in Message Log: "File compression not supported on file system." I searched old support posts regarding this issue, and set file compression to "No" now. I have been observing the chart for a while and haven't had the same issue yet, I will keep an eye on it, the reason I didn't notice before is because I always practice by replaying historical data, and just went live recently.
