Hello, I'm having trouble accessing live feeds through SC Data or Trading Evaluator. I've purchased Denali feeds, and I'm a non-professional trader. My dashboard displays "Rejected." Honestly, I don't know what to do. I simply need the market profile for ES and CL with real-time feeds. How can I do this? Thank you for your help.

Your agreements were rejected as you did not enter a "Clearing Firm" and "Account Number". To be considered a Non-Professional for the CME Group, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account. And you need to connect your Sierra Chart software to that account at least once a month for verification. Refer to the following: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges Once you have worked out the information in the above link, then you can redo the agreements at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeAgreements_CME If you want to qualify for the Non-Professional exchange fees, then you will need to enter the Clearing Firm and Account Number for your live trading account. If you do not know your Clearing Firm, then enter the Brokerage name. Keep in mind that even after you do the agreements and activate an exchange, you also need to connect your Sierra Chart software to your live account for verification before you can get the real-time data.
