Your agreements were rejected as you did not enter a "Clearing Firm" and "Account Number". To be considered a Non-Professional for the CME Group, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account. And you need to connect your Sierra Chart software to that account at least once a month for verification. Refer to the following:

Once you have worked out the information in the above link, then you can redo the agreements at the following link:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeAgreements_CME

If you want to qualify for the Non-Professional exchange fees, then you will need to enter the Clearing Firm and Account Number for your live trading account. If you do not know your Clearing Firm, then enter the Brokerage name.

Keep in mind that even after you do the agreements and activate an exchange, you also need to connect your Sierra Chart software to your live account for verification before you can get the real-time data.
