New versions very buggy

I'm sure you guys are aware of this as there appears to be a new version every day but newest one 2834 is extremely buggy windows not appearing, when I move a chart from inside the window to outside it often crashes (2/3 the time) and now some of my charts are just gone when reloading it. Inside what looks like new CW menu area the charts show there and most have [Hidden] before their name no clue how to get them VISIBLE and to trade with them. I see this in What's New Completed the redevelopment of the main Sierra Chart window, and the MDI child windows and detachable windows to not use MFC (Microsoft Foundation Classes). Is there a place I can download an older version of Sierra till this MDI issue is fixed? I'd hate to lose the dozens of hours of work on my chartbook right now they are just gone. [Hidden] |

We apologize for this. Follow the instructions here to rollback: Software Download: Software Rollback Procedure And do not save the Chartbooks when exiting Sierra Chart. Also, if you want to go back to the most recent release version (not the Pre-Release version) then this is version 2813.

when I move a chart from inside the window to outside it often crashes (2/3 the time) What exactly are you doing to do this. When we detach a chart we do not observe any issue. And there should not be any type of abnormal shutdown.
