New mdi windows are much better than the previous ones. But I think it would look better if the text was vertically centered as it is normally the case with title bars.

It looks vertically centered to us:

Maybe you are using OpenGL?

@Chris32 @Sierra_Chart Engineering
I think it's vertically centered, the problem is that it's not only the title bar, there is a window border on top of it which eventually makes the text seem to be on the lower side (vertically) of the title bar (+upper window border) even though it's centered.
If my understanding is correct, maybe there will be a way to adjust the window MDI border width in the future?

Also just want to report that the issue from post #47 is still present in 2845. Very minor issue though.

Not likely we would get to this until more than a year later because we have too much other work to do. This requires us to create a scrollbar and fully control the window.

Regarding post #47, we do not see this issue. It may be OpenGL specific.

Can you please try with the chartbook attached to this post Issues with Prerelease Versions with new MDI Functionality | Post: 431994
It should be easily reproducible with the chart on the left hand side. It doesn't occur with the chart on the right hand side.

OpenGL is disabled and has been always disabled even before MDI windows were implemented.

We have found the problem. And resolved it. It has nothing to do with the Hand tool. It is related to having the market data columns enabled through the Trade menu but there are no market data columns to show.

It is the result of the boundary between the bid and ask backgrounds, which when in the area of the title bar, is drawing over it. This is resolved.

Confirming this is correct. It is not linked to OpenGL. I thought the title bar text was bottom aligned but it is the window border that makes it seem this way.
