I think it's vertically centered, the problem is that it's not only the title bar, there is a window border on top of it which eventually makes the text seem to be on the lower side (vertically) of the title bar (+upper window border) even though it's centered.
Confirming this is correct. It is not linked to OpenGL. I thought the title bar text was bottom aligned but it is the window border that makes it seem this way. |
